The LeaseBroker team search and create the best financing proposal and proactively help the business owners so they can focus on their business. They are an independent and unbiased firm, scanning the entire Belgian market for the best financing proposal for the client, in the shortest possible time.

LeaseBroker acts as a financial partner and guides entrepreneurs to the ideal financing solution. In turn, this helps address one or more of the items on a small business's long to-do list.

The challenge

Scaling the business with automations and integrations

As the LeaseBroker teams' client list grew, they had to boost their operations' efficiency. They wanted to automate and integrate as much as possible. This is so they can offer the best support, whether dealing with one client or many.

They wanted to create an efficient business flow for their team. This would allow them to support customers in a way that is quick, easy, and still very personal.

Their initial website used Zapier to collect information from non-HubSpot forms. Zapier presented many technical and process challenges, especially as the number of clients increased.

  • CRM Implementation

    We sought to understand how LeaseBroker operates. Then, we customized and organized their initial tools in the Marketing and Sales Hubs to reflect this.

  • Custom API Integrations

    We integrated apps like PandaDoc to create the lease contract document. Connective supports automated e-signature flows, with added options like 'ItsMe’ and ‘eID’, specifically focused on the Belgian market. Once all contracts and documents are signed the integration with Twikey facilitates automated recurring payments. Both these integrations take away a lot of manual follow-up tasks from the LeaseBroker team.

  • Website Updates and Calculator Module

    We supported the LeaseBroker team who developed and built a remarkable website that reflects the speed and quality of LeaseBroker’s customer service. leadstreet built a lease calculator module that is used on the website. With it, visitors can already compute for the object they want to finance. By entering a few numbers, the calculator shows you the monthly cost. This can be a car, machinery, motorcycle, pickup truck, or van. The calculator generates new leads for LeaseBroker, letting customers submit their contact details.

  • Programmable Automation

    We worked with LeaseBroker to understand their process. This helped us build HubSpot workflows that automate the processes where possible. Some examples include responding to client emails to ask for more information and notifying internal teams. LeaseBroker also subscribed to the PocketKnife HubSpot add-on developed by leadstreet. This add-on helps them calculate the age of contacts and contracts. They can set up recurring tasks, too. This last one helps them prepare for follow-up meetings.

  • HubSpot Onboarding

    We facilitated a series of training sessions. During these, the leadstreet team guided LeaseBroker staff in using different tools. Our goal was to enable them to continue maximizing the tools.

  • Trusted IT Partner

    With HubSpot at the core of their business, LeaseBroker always seeks to improve how they work. They regularly consult leadstreet on these improvements. Our team assists them in responding to changes and opportunities in the market.
